Returns and Exchanges:
Returns Policy
To initiate the return process for purchased items, kindly contact us via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior consent from Future Bloom Genetics will incur return shipping costs. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Once return arrangements are confirmed, please send the items to our designated postal address. The responsibility for returns lies with the customer until the items reach us. For secure transit, we recommend using a recorded service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Should you discover a damaged or defective item, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Please notify us of the issue within the stipulated timeframe and return the goods according to our returns policy. We will refund postage costs for returning items. It’s advised to use your country’s national postal service for returns, preferably with insurance. Replacement goods will be dispatched or refunds issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
Refunds
- The cost of returned items will be refunded, while shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not refund return shipping costs, except for faulty or damaged items.
- Refunds will be issued to your card, based on the payment method used.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
